In case someone uses Asterisk 10 for long enough that the backup of their original 1.8 astdb isn't up-to-date enough for going back to 1.8, this utility will convert the new db format to the old one.

Testing
-------

Converted an sqlite3 db created by asterisk 10 back to BDB, copied it to the original astdb, installed asterisk 1.8 and verified that "database show" displayed the expected results.
