Summary
-------

When building Asterisk tarball releases we want to pull down pre-exported documentation to include in Asterisk. We'll do this because it'll give us a lot more control over what is included rather than just taking everything in the wiki.

This script is used by the mkrelease script when building tarballs and will pull down the PDF and HTML files that have been previously exported.

No testing done yet as I wanted to make sure there wasn't any obvious errors. I'll have to actually attempt to create a release to test this.
