[asterisk-dev] Intended sip.conf matching behaviour?

In Asterisk 1.6.1, if you had a peer in sip.conf for [1.2.3.4] and did a 
Dial(SIP/987 at 1.2.3.4:5060), the peer would match. In Asterisk 1.8.7.1 it 
does not match, though [1.2.3.4:5060] does. Is this the intended 
behaviour? If not, I'll open a Jira ticket.
