I was able to open it in vi, vim and less. I could search for items.
The formatting is truly horrible. License is clearly stated in the
file as "Content is licensed under a Creative Commons
Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 United States License."

Don't know if that helps. I know that Russell's script is in the
repotools some place...  Ahh here it is...
http://svn.asterisk.org/svn/repotools/wikiexport.py  I assume that
they are using some PDF2txt for the AST.txt file
