[asterisk-dev] Documentation updates

I am slowly sorting out and adding document links to the xmldoc.  I
would like some peer review on
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18443#131243

For example the txt and pdf files are doc/AST.txt and doc/AST.pdf but
I see people linking to doc/asterisk.pdf often.  I am assuming that I
should push ahead with the correct links but would feel better with
some input.
