[asterisk-dev] add persian say number feature-asterisk

hi all
I added the persian number saying for my compony
i edited c.say file and added new function for persian saying syntax. I like
to push this code to the asterisk
how can i do that?
I read this http://www.asterisk.org/developers/bug-guidelines but couldn't
find the answer
