[asterisk-dev] Reopening review 1013 - channel redirects and soft hangups

Sorry for reopening this, but we've just found out that this change caused damage for us.

We have two channels in a meetme and use AMI redirect to move one out to an extension. Before this patch, this worked. Now both channels get a hangup from somewhere.

I haven't been able to find out why yet, the patch in itself doesn't seem to change to issuing more hangups, but somehow it does.

Any ideas on where to look?
