asterisk-users is the appropriate place.  You may get an answer here, 
but this list is for working on the code that runs asterisk, not for 
using asterisk or configuring asterisk.

Please use the asterisk-users list and wait for a response.  The people 
here are mostly unpaid volunteers and are not required to quickly answer 
(or even answer at all).

If you want fast support, there are many asterisk consulting companies 
you can contact.  Be prepared to spend $100+ an hour.
