Projects are not 'incorporated' into Asterisk 'src/channel', they are 
submitted (contributed) for inclusion. If the developers of the Woomera 
channel driver for Asterisk don't contribute it, it won't be part of 
Asterisk. If you want to know why they have not chosen to do that, 
you'll have to ask them (and they are also the people you need to ask 
about the current state of their project).
