[asterisk-dev] 1.6.2.12-rc1 Audio prompts randmonly stopping

Hi all

With version 1.6.2.12-rc1 I am getting reports that voice prompts are some 
times stopping.
Example 1 a caller calls in and hits the IVR the prompt stops a few seconds 
in. The call stays up but the audio quits.
Example 2 a caller calls in and gets routed to voice mail the greating 
stops mid stream. The call stays up but no addtional prompts are heard.

Any ideas. version 1.6.2.11 has not presented with this.
