Known issues:
Need to add version detection of libneon to configure.ac. The proper way to get this info is with neon-config, but I'm not exactly sure how that works. Hints appreciated!

Testing
-------

Pitel: It works witch my employer's Exchange 2010 server.
Terry: I have tested it with Microsoft Online's hosted Exchange service (which I believe is based on Exchange 2007). Tested that attendees and write support work as well.
