[asterisk-dev] SIP register expiry timer

It is I can reboot the whole system and it still happens. I have updated
to the most recent source too.

I am going to try a different system and see if I get the same response.

It looks like the scheduler is still blindly retransmitting a sip_pkt
after the corresponding sip_pvt has given up. I have no idea how it got
like this. Can you please try shutting down asterisk and starting again
to see if the state is reproducible
