Summary

A = Transferee (person being transfered)
B = Transferer (person doing the transferring)
C = New Channel (person taking the place of B after the transfer takes place)

Current behavior of a semi-attended transfer (blondtransfer)... If A calls B, and B does an attended transfer to C without waiting for C to pickup, A continues with MOH until C pickups and they are bridged.

This patch changes that behavior. Now if B hangs up while waiting for C to pickup, A hears ringing instead of continuing to hear MOH until C picks up.
