[asterisk-dev] Voicemail don't detect Hangup / busy tone ?

So, if I understand, it is possible to detect a signal tone on "inband DTMF" ?

Is there any Asterisk function I can use to detect, when message recording (on voicemail), any signal tone and do what needed with it ?

I can understand why d-channel and loop state (line reversal, flash,
pulse dialling, ringing, neon etc) have to be dealt with by DAHDI but it
seems an artificial limitation to restrict detection of inband tones and
patterns to DAHDI. After all inband DTMF has to coexist with RFC2833
(GHU)
