It's often easier to keep these types of issues separate when working. However, 
if you feel they are really all pretty dependent upon one another you could 
leave them all in a single issue.

Alternatively, we could create a single parent issue and relate all the child 
issues to that parent issue so that the parent is only closed once all the 
children have been closed out.
