Done, any test that require 1.6.2 or greater will use directmedia.
However, tests mark with a min version of 1.4 still need to be
updated.  Since a 1.4 test will still be expected to run on a 1.6.2 /
trunk build.

Duplicating sip.conf files is an option, but might be an ugly solution.
