[asterisk-dev] enable autosystemname within asterisk.conf by default

Currently, System name: is null for 'core show settings' (see below).
I'm proposing enabling autosystemname by default within asterisk.conf
or defaulting to localhost.  When enabled, this will display the
hostname of the local system.  Do we consider this a security issue?
