I would suggest that you open an issue in our issue handling system - https://issues.asterisk.org/main_page.php 

Upload the source and the process will begin, from license evaulation to code review.

The important part is that we get developers who remain around and will continue to maintain the driver. It also needs to be up to date with the latest development in our realtime database drivers in regards of automatic recognition of table structures and adaption to changes.

Everything starts with you opening an issue in the issue tracker.
