The Asterisk Development Team has announced release candidates (RC1) for
Asterisk versions 1.4.29, 1.6.0.21, 1.6.1.13, and 1.6.2.1. These release
candidates are available for immediate download at

The release candidates address issues that were reported by the community and
resolved since the last round of bug fix releases.
