Cdr_custom does nothing of the sort, especially given that there's nothing
that could be considered a "database".  That module obediently follows
whatever you've entered in the configuration file, no more, no less.

Cdr_radius has no such capability, and while I DID look at making such a
conversion, I quickly realized that it had no real method for querying what
was supported on the backend, so the attempt was abandoned.

Cdr_pgsql and cdr_tds will also model the insert query upon the table
structure.
