What is the policy of adding new manager events? I would like to send a 
manager event when an RTP timeout occurs or a SIP session timer fires. 
Will that be useful to integrate into the trunk, and, if so, what are 
the guidelines? Intuitively, I'd send a "call" category event such as:

Event: SessionTimeout
Source: RTPTimeout | SIPSessionTimer
Channel: ...
Uniqueid: ...

Is that ok? What would be better? Comments appreciated.
