I will look at these today to triage them and see what can be done. It is likely 
just that they have not received a high enough priority to be done prior to some 
other issues. It is always good to revisit issues that have been sitting for a 
while though.

If anyone is willing or able to test these issues, that is always something that 
is appreciated. If any other programmers can review the code, that is also 
something that can help move issues forward much faster.
