Moises, I would like you to add that text to the issue tracker in a bug report that you assign to me. Then I wish to add it to the internal chan_sip docs to help people navigate. 

I do hope that you want to do this and have time to add it to the bug tracker. It will help a lot of people much better if it's in the code and not forgotten in the mailing list archives :-)
