    Instead of adding multiple T/F values, especially with very long option names, let's use a syntax, such as:
    
    messages=auth,outofcall
    and
    messages=none

    Load failure only stops Asterisk when performed at boot time.  If performed later, such as on the command line, it will not.  We still need to make a best effort to cleanup our resources.
