Hello all,

Can anyone with a few minutes test and/or review a supposedly wonderful
patch found in:
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=17235

This patch makes the DSP report the actual length of a detected DTMF
instead of always reporting a length of 0ms.

It prevents those detected DTMF to be emulated for being too short and
magically resolves a few DTMF weirdnesses I previously had with
industrial appliances communicating by DTMF.
