[asterisk-dev] ExternalIVR doesn't like X-Lite

I'm trying to resolve issue 16971

Using Asterisk Trunk

A user is trying to use the ExternalIVR dialplan application and if he
uses X-Lite from a couple of machines all playback from ExternalIVR is
double speed. However it doesn't occur with any other (tested) sip
client and on at least one machine didn't happen using X-Lite.

Before I have the user start sending SIP traces and packet captures,
is there anything else that anyone knows of that might apply?
