[asterisk-dev] Destinatio operator recognition by LNP Distinctive tone during "DIAL"

Dear Folks,

I am planning to start developing a new feature for Asterisk for PRI channels.
But, I wish to check beforehand if there is something already
ready-to-go out-there.

With LNP in some countries, the mobile operator of the destination number sends
a distinctive identification tone during the dial process before the
first RING, for the originator.

The purpose is to detect which mobile operator I am dialing to and, if
it's not the operator I
have a promotional price package, I return BUSY or CONGESTION to the originator.

Is there anything out-there to accomplish that ?
