[asterisk-dev] asterisk.org - where is doxygen?

Hi!

What happend to the doxygen website? asterisk.org/doxygen only contains 
the user documentation - but the code documentation (1.4, 1.6, trunk) is 
gone. Please add that again

Further, it would be great if the user documentation would also be 
available as a single HTML page (eases searching in the documentation)
