I don't think many people understood that, it wasn't clearly  
communicated that this part of your presentation was a *PROPOSAL* for  
discussion.

Anyway, let's try to finalize it. I want it done.

And when we have finalized it, we need to discuss what's going to be  
in 1.8 and I'll try again to get funding to complete many branches I  
have around for inclusion. I want to stop having to do backports and  
move to the forward porting section... :-)
