Here are several suggestions:

1) Use the proper mailing list.  Your question is an end-user question
and belongs on the asterisk-users list, not on the asterisk-dev list.

2) Please start a new thread in your email program, instead of hijacking
an existing thread.  (In other words, don't reply to a different thread
and just change the subject.)

3) It sounds like you've turned on "facilityenable=yes" and
"transfer=yes" in the [channels] section of chan_dahdi.conf.  Make sure
those two settings come *before* you define the channels on your PRI.

4) If all that fails, it probably means your PRI provider hasn't enabled
2BCT/RLT on your trunk group.  Have you confirmed this with them?
