[asterisk-dev] Is there an existing Function to between convert hex string and BCD data array?

Do not want to reinvent the wheel again. I've done this already on this
project :(
 
Is there a function hidden away in asterisk to convert a hexadecimal string
to a BCD (binary coded decimal) data array?
 
Needed for isdn callingsub under
http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/rmudgett/subaddr/
