This needs careful thought to determine priority of extensions.conf
versus sip.conf or there will be an arms race
allow_benny_transfer=dtmf
dial(sip/me,-t-T)
allow_benny_transfer=forcedtmf
dial(sip/me,--t--T)
allow_benny_transfer=forcedtmfharder
dial(sip/me,"Ok sip.conf - outside if you think youre hard enough")

(Ok Ok - I suppose rfc2833 is not dual or multi or frequency either)
