Nir,

 

   I believe this would b better suited for the Users list, but for your info, we use ODBC voicemail, save the blob to file then use Lame to convert it to whatever format we need (MP3 for now). Works well. You can set which format you would like to save in voicemail.conf but I'm sure you know that already.
