We're EuroISDN, so out of luck? Surely not?
I have 'faciltyenable=yes' and 'transfer=yes'.

To do a 2BCT, do you use the asterisk Transfer() application, or what?

2BCT is available for 4ESS, 5ESS, DMS-100, and Q.SIG switch types. As for
it working, I cannot say.

Modern versions of Asterisk and LibPRI support 2BCT (Two B Channel
Transfer) or RLT (Release Line Trunk, the Nortel proprietary version of
2BCT) on most (if not all) switch types. I've successfully used it a number
of times. The keys to making it work are:

A) Make sure you have "facilityenable=yes" and "transfer=yes" defined in the
[channels] section of chan_dahdi.conf, above the definition of your PRI
channels.

B) Make sure the telco has enabled 2BCT or RLT on your trunk groups.
This is often the most difficult part of the process, as the telco may
either try to charge for this feature, or claim they have it enabled when
they don't.
