OPEX and CAPEX maybe?

OPEX = operational expenditure - recurring costs, line rental etc  
(i.e. bandwidth to cope with more un-compressed audio)
CAPEX = capital expenditure - single one off costs for purchasing  
assets (i.e. more CPU to transcode)
