There does perhaps need to be a #require variant of #include for conf
files e.g.

sip.conf
--------

[general]
pedantic=yes
bindport=5060
...
...
#require sip_additional.conf



sip_additional.conf
-------------------

nobindloadfail=yes

[vipuser]
context=from-myboss
...
...
