I'm looking 1.6.1 source code. and i agree Tilghman. realtime design
for individual table.
if integrate all service in one table for realtime it's big table.

but i'm thinking about redesign realtime to work like users.conf
1 row for all service.
example
- sip (hassip)
- h323 (hash323)
- iax2 (hasiax2)
- voicemail (voicemail and password)
- manager (hasmanager)

anything else ?
