This isn't quite 100% correct... technically, you'd want to play
something using the Playback() application with the 'noanswer' option.
You may also want to call the Progress() or Proceeding() application(s)
before calling Playback() as well.

If you don't use the 'noanswer' option, Playback() will automatically
answer the call before playing back the sound.
