Hector,

There's little question that Asterisk can provide a platform for  
building the solution you want, but this list is for discussion  
specifically about the Asterisk source code.  I think this post would  
be more appropriate for the asterisk-biz list, or you could contact  
Digium directly to get a referral to a services partner who can work  
with you to create a statement of work.
