[asterisk-dev] Meetme problem (talk detection/opt) in 1.6.1.1

	I ended up doing a local code modification to make
talk detection work properly.  It does not sound like anyone is
using this in 1.6.1.1 currently except me, so I'll work to get
a patch that repairs this capability and allows it to work properly
instead of my hack to just work around the broken conditional.
