[asterisk-dev] Newbie Developer Resource?

Hi all,

 

I'm just getting into programming on my asterisk system and would like to
know if anyone can recommend a good 'getting started' website or some
blog/articles on it.  In other words, where do I start when I'm ready to
start doing some custom development on my asterisk box (specifically for
'outbound' calling by dropping a 'call' file in the 'outbound' folder).
