[asterisk-dev] Looking for commit that fixed bug #14139, similar to #14173

Actually I am looking for a possible solution to bug #14173 in Asterisk 
1.4.22, which describes a situation in which the agents in a queue 
suddenly and randomly stop receiving calls with status stuck as "In use" 
until they log out and back in. I found that bug #14139 for Asterisk 
1.6.0.3rc1 describes a very similar situation, and the one comment 
posted on the bug says it has been "already fixed in SVN". However, it 
does not say which SVN commit(s) fixed the bug, nor any previous bug 
that could reference as a duplicate issue. Could somebody please 
indicate me which commit(s) on which files(s) fixed #14139 or its 
duplicate? I want to check here whether this fix also fixes #14173, by 
backporting if necessary.
