Summary

I would like to propose removing chan_features from Asterisk trunk (and the 1.6.1 branch, since 1.6.1 has not yet been released.)

chan_features was a project that Mark S. started years ago, but never completed.  The module doesn't do anything right now, and I suspect that nobody has every actually used it for anything.
