1.6.3? We haven't even discussed 1.6.2 on this mailing list... Or I must
have accidentally missed a large set of e-mails.

There are some serious SIP issues in 1.6.1. Before going ahead with
a release - make sure you review the document I mailed out about a while
ago on the issue of peers/users/friends so I can go ahead with the  
needed
changes. So far the amount of feedback is almost nil.

Please make sure that all discussions about releases and roadmaps are  
open
for the community.
