Ah ha ... I think I know what the problem is.  This has to do with the 
way I modified reviewboard to use the Mantis database for 
authentication.  It doesn't know how to get your email address.  Oops.

If you post this on bugs.digium.com in the "repotools" project, I'll fix 
it when I have some time.
