[asterisk-dev] dahdi-linux: don't mknot on install by default

Hi

On most systems that use DAHDI there's no need for the static device
files under /dev/dahdi , as the system will use udev anyway.

In the Debian packaging we disabled generating the static files. We
included a sample script to re-generate them. I don't recall any
feedback regarding this script, so I suppose very few users actually
bothered to use it.

I suspect there wouldn't be much resistance to disabling the generation
of static device files. This is something that gets in your way if you
build dahdi-linux as a non-root user (and install it to a DESTDIR)
anyway.

Is there a need for an extra script to generate the static nodes? Or is
it enough to have 'make install DYNFS=no' ?
