[asterisk-dev] Asterisk Caller ID Pop Using Dial Event in 5038manager port.

Dear Nick Lewis, 

In my setup I have 8 port digium tdm analog card that uses zaptel. when I opened manager port it the Dial event is coming when extension is starts the dialling. but some times it is not coming. as I monitored in E1 line. then manager console is does not supported to Dial event. It has event named "Link". so I want to get dial event when it dials to the perticluar extension, and if it is is there are any systems to get caller ID to perticluar SIP extension. and then what is that.

circumstances is the event generated and under what circumstances is it not? Is 
the behaviour repeatable?
