app_chanspy has this option starting in Asterisk 1.6.1. The 'B' option allows 
for the spy to talk to both parties of the call. If you cannot upgrade to 1.6.1, 
you can look at the code involved with the 'B' option and try to port it to your 
version of Asterisk.
