The only document that details the association that I know of is the sample
configuration configs/extensions.lua.sample.  There is also plenty of
documentation about the LUA language itself out there on the web.

There's also the author's presentation of it at Astricon 2008.  His
presentation is freely downloadable from the Astricon website:
