[asterisk-dev] transfer problem with Mitel PBX 3300

hi all
I tested Mitel PBX 3300 transfer feature intergate with asterisk-1.4.1, the flow is 

1. asterisk Dial a extension behind Mitel PBX, create a SIP session
2. now this extension wan't to transfer to another extension
3. so the extension send re-invite to Mitel PBX
4. Mitel PBX refer it to asterisk 
5. asterisk send response 200ok
6. asterisk can receive ack from Mitel PBX

the problem is ,now asterisk will repeatly send 200ok to Mitel PBX, what's wrong? Is these asterisk can't find transction in addtion to ACK response?
